1x per week – Friday, 06:30 to 07:30 (morning)

We use the nearby Limmat for cold training

WHAT

We meet once a week for breathing exercises, yoga and mediation. You will receive instructions for cold exposure*. You repeat some exercises at least four more days a week at home (also suitable for beginners).

THE METHOD

The Wim Hof method is a health method which invites to a better life. The method is based on three main areas, breathing technique, yoga/focus exercises and cold exposure*.
